I have calculated using excel the sifi and sifo for a welding elbow or pipe bend according Appendix D of ASME B31.3-2004 with the following input data:

- wall thickness 9.271 mm
- bend radius 381 mm
- outside diameter 273.05 mm

and i get,
- flexibility characteristic 0.2
- sifi 2.605
- sifo 2.171
- flexibility factor 8.126

At the same Caesar II gives me,
- sifi 2.221
- sifo 1.850

I cannot spot the where I do the error. Please could anybody give me some help? Could be that the sif change on the ASME B31.3 - 2006?
