When modeling tees and elbows in FRP what kind of SIF's should be used? Would it be conservative to say use a welding tee SIF for a FRP tee?

Mul211,

If you are designing as per ISO standard, you can use conservative SIF values. For bend, SIF=2.5 & and for Tee, SIF=2.3

UKOOA and/or BS7159 has different approach.
