We are getting ready to export a CAESAR II file for the purpose of importing the file into CadWorx Plant. My question is does the person using CadWorx Plant required to have CAESAR II on their PC or can our stress person create the file and we retrieve it for the import?

No. All they need is the CAESAR II file created by your "Stress Person".
