How can I transfer my files had been modeled in CAESAR II ver 5.00 to previous version for example ver.4.4 or 4.5.

Please use the search function in the forum. You'll find that this question is asked often.
Answer to your question: It's not possible to open or tranfer files from a newer to an older version of CII.

Short Answer; you can't. This is because new data in the later versions would choke the earlier versions. This is clearly stated in the Distribution letter of each version (in the User's Guide).

Long Answer; If you have the Technical Reference for all versions in the range (4.40 thru 5.00 in your case), you can compare the documentation on yhe neutral file and manually edit out the new data. This is not a trivial task, one mistake and nothing will read your file.
