Why I can't create the report from the Output Processor?

After I "Send to MS Word" it will shows a message "The Server Threw an Exception." Then my Ms Word and OutP02..exe will both hang there.

What is this means?

You sent too much data to Word, and Word can't handle it.

You can find a number of posts on this topic. We have addressed this issue with Microsoft, but they have advised that Word just can't go any faster.

For Version 5.20:

a) We hope to eliminate the "Server Busy" message, which will save constant clicking the [Retry] button. This won't make Word go any faster, but at least you don't have to baby sit the operation.

b) We plan on having a "fast" dump to Excel. There won't be any pretty formatting, but at least you'll have all the data that you can then manipulate further.

Thanks Richard. Hope fully we can get the V5.20 as soon as possible. I also faced the problem with the ISO14692. There were too many manual job need to carry out.

I found the above problem can solve by using different version of MS Office. Previously I used Ms office 2003 and encounter that problem, then I removed it and used a older version of Ms Office XP which allow me to produce the report.

Maybe it is the incompatible of MS office used.

Different versions of MS Office require differing amounts of RAM and performance will vary. However, I haven't seen any incompatibilities, even as far back as Word2000.
