I have a computer that needs to get a license from a server over VPN. Can you please let me know what needs to be done on that computer and server for that to be possible?

I believe that the solution is to use the Nethasp.ini file to specify the IP address of the server. This ini file exists in default form in the CADWorx...\Assidrv folder. Edit this file appropriately and COPY IT UP TO THE INSTALLATION FOLDER.
Some instructions can be found in this nethasp.ini file, and more instructions in the file called "Nethasp.pdf", which resides in the CADWorx...\Assidrv folder.
