Some opinion said that "WRC107 is used widely in design nozzle attachment cover both spherical and cylindrical vessels, while WRC297 is only cover cylidrer to cylindrical only(not applicable for nozzle on semi ellips head."

Just to confirm that statement above correct or not. if correct how to make comparison between WRC107 and WRC297 in PV elite?

That statement is correct.

WRC-297 is only available in CodeCalc for now. You can make comparison for nozzles located on cylinders.

I did some comparisons in the past and found out that if the geometrical limits of WRC-107 and WRC-297 are not exceeded then the results between the 2 bulletins are similar.

WRC-297 also gives the stresses in the nozzle, which WRC-107 does not provide.
