How do we account for the factor of 0.75 in SIF for B31.1 sustained case. Because the SIF muliplier in config set up works only for B31.3.

The code stress calculated by CAESAR II in sustained case for B31.1 doesnt not consider this factor .

The stress equation (for sustained stresses in B31.1) uses "0.75 * i * M / Z" for the bending term. In the CAESAR II stress report, we show the value of "i", which is the SIF as computed according to Appendix D. We are not reporting "0.75 * i". The 0.75 factor is used in the computation of the "code stress", and is a fixed constant that can not be changed.
