The CAESAR II material databases don't contain every material from every Code. We took what we thought were the most commonly used materials and put those in the databases. If you need to use a material that isn't in one of our databases, you can (usually) use our "Material Database Editor" and add what you need. (Note I said "usually", there are some database that we haven't developed an Editor for. In this instance, you will have to manually define the material properties in the input.)
Contacting your vendor is necessary if you can't find the data you need in the applicable Code. You should also verify your data with your "Materials Specialist", to make sure everyone along the way has made the proper decisions and selections.
