Can any one please help me. I need to find out how to turn of the
auxiliary data window. This window opens when ever i click on restraints, disp, hangers, flanges etc. Basically its and extra input box opens up.

It will be great if some one knows how to hide this auxiliary window.

I presume your clicking on the "graphics icons/toolbar buttons" to the right of the plot? If so, these are designed for "graphics input" and they will therefore pop up those dialogs.

If you're building your model with the spreadsheet, use the checkboxes, not those toolbar buttons.
