We're using UNS 08825 material in a model. The material is in the CAESAR material database very near the bottom. The system is at a relatively low temperature (216F). We keep getting an error message that states the temperature for case 1 is outside the allowed range for this material. We've tried other temperatures in increments of 100 up to like 1200F. All with the same results. Any ideas?

Check your lowest temperature, even if it is ambient. There is probably expansion coefficient data missing for that low temperature.

Loren - You were right - thanks. The built in CII material database for 08825(393) has values for all temperatures except 70F and -20F. By editing the database (entering 0.0 for 70F) the problem went away.
