Under the loads tabs for the flange calc module, could the following be added:

A check box "Disable equivalent pressure check"

in addition to the two existing disable boxes.

Typically the "equivalent pressure method" may fail, but the other more rigorous methods pass.

A CLEAN REPORT helps with QA and concerns from "stress under-educated" clients with this coarse/conservative method.

It is good point. The sooner update would be the better for all users.
I had had exactly same argument with a person who did not have much knowledge about flange leak check. Unfortunately he reviewed our calculation report from Caesar II. This redundant warning of failure in the equiv. pressure method may cause such a person uncomfortable.
