Review the Dynamic Input for the Example job NUREG9.

u can also perform static analysis if u have not details of dynamic seismic stress analysis. for performing static analysis u can put seismic g value e.g 0.25g or 0.3g into CAESAR II input module to analyze keeping 20 % margin in this loading also.
