Can we use CAESAR II for Pipe lay
(for works during piping laying)?

I presume you want to evaluate the stress/strain state in the pipe during installation over un-even terrain?

Here are the steps to do this:
  • Model the pipe horizontally, with continuous "+Y" supports. Each "+Y" should have a corresponding CNODE.
  • Displace the CNODES in the vertical direction an amount equal to the variation in elevation, from the elevation origin.
  • Run the analysis.

If you're after "strain", recall that (epsilon = sigma / elastic modulus).

Sorry, in fact the works have to
do when the pipe is putting/put down
in the sea, when the pipe describes
a curve when is put down in the sea.

No, you can't model this in CAESAR II. The pipe passes through a mandrill, which introduces some curvature. Then there is the "S" curve above the water surface.

The only way to achieve such a geometry would be to use displacements, which essentially fixes the nodes at the displaced position, which defeats the purpose of your analysis.
