I got period-spectrum data from site which shows the acceleration-G is going upto 2.5. The site is in high seismic zone D-category. The acc-G value rises form 0.50 to 2.5 within 0.2 sec , drops to to 0.7 in 1.5 sec.

Do these values look out of range?
I see Structural using importance factor, Response modification factor, Seismic Responce coefficient in their calculations.
Why Caesar is not asking these factors.

How to convert this spectrum accelaration (2.5 g) to static uniform acceleration-g. I am doing dynamic analysis by period spectrum and would like to compare results to static acceleration results.
