1) If you're talking about the "Expansion Joint Modeler", it is there in Versions 5.00 and 5.10 (the current version at this time). The toolbar button for this facility is (by default) in the left frame of the window.

2) "Maximum Displacements" are available also. Are you talking about a numeric report or a graphic view? Also, what version of CAESAR II are you running?
