This code interpretations serves as a key to a designeer who seek for a wisdom from the code. I was surprise that the commitee give this for free. grin

i'm not
After 30 years of fidling with the base code, its format now resembles a bowl of spaggetty (figuratively speaking)

Dont get me wrong, EN13480 is awash with strange numbers and signs, much like a wizards cook book, but its new and its structure is as yet untested.

B31.3 needs interpretations, i suspect half of those on the commitee have trouble finding clarity whistle

One day i might ask the commitee if they intend to do a major overhaul and re-write/re-sync the whole thing.
But i'd be shot down in an instant.

The question would probably be viewed with a lot of horror. The code is as it is because it has evolved one bit or piece at a time.

Section VII Div 2 was rewritten not due to continuity but because of significant technical content change / additions.

The interpretations are helpful and at their price tag are a good download.
