I am working with Stomwezen Code and pipe material is P355 NH according to EN 10028-3, one of the working temprature of that pipe is -20 C but the related modulus of elastisity is not available for that temprature also yield stress in -20 can't be found, am I allowed to use the room temprature values for -20 C also?
