I have a question about hydrotest, when I modeled vessels with PV-Elite.

when I modeled, for hydrotest Thickness, I full of water vessels, selection icon UG-99b & position & checked thickness in hydrotest.

but in Pv-Example file, only selected UG-99b & position.
is it correct?
I think vessel failed in hydrotest when empty of water

It is not clear what your question is about. Can you give more information?

If you are designing a vessel to ASME VIII-1 and it will be pressure tested to UG-99 then you should check that the vessel is not overstressed under test pressure.
