I was wondering if running other calculation modules in Caesar (eg. WRC107, or flange calcs etc.) count as a calculation run, in the limited-run versions of Caesar. Is this the same for vers 4.3 and 4.4?

No, these modules don't count down the run limit. A run is counted only when you perform a static or a dynamic solution. The program has operated this way since probably Version 2.0 or so.
