what is tatal error ? what is error # 5007

Any time a "fatal error" is presented, an explanation is also displayed.

The error text for #5007 states that your ESL is not authorized to run the specific version of the software you are trying to use. This is a problem easily corrected via e-mail. Do the following:

1) Start the program.
2) When the error message is displayed, click Ok/Cancel to get back to the program's main menu.
3) From the Main Menu, drop down the ESL menu and click on the option to "Generate Access Codes".
4) E-mail these codes to techsupport@coade.com and state that you are getting error #5007.
5) We will respond with the necessary reauthoriztation codes.

Let me add that this error may appear on your first attempt to access our new Version 4.50.

A quick phone call, fax or e-mail will get you the reauthorization codes which can then be used to update your installation. Do this by selecting the "Enter re-authorization Codes" option under ESL on the Main Menu.
