Dynamic load cases are by default considered as "occasional cases". As such, the allowable is kSh, where "k" is an allowable increase factor defined by the Code.

The actual value of this allowable increase factor is dependent on the frequency of occurance of the load, and can be adjusted in the CAESAR II configuration module.
