One of our supplier is taking the support from Turbo Generator Deck, we suggested them to do Dynamic analysis for the Main Steam pipe, since Deck will have vibration during operation. But they are arguing, dynamic analysis not required since they provide spring hanger at that portion. I want to know, there argument is right or wrong ? pls drop ur suggestions.

Not a very convincing argument in my opinion.How are you quantifying the deck vibration?
