Hello to everybody!
My name is Paolo and I write from Italy, I'm 29 years old and I'm a student of Mechanical Engineering.
I'm using CAESARII software (version 4.4) and I have a problem with a pipe line.
I build the model, and if I check stress loads (in "Static Analysis") I find realistic values. But, when I call the animation view, there are enormous displacement and "explosion" of the pipe's bend..!
Do you have any suggestion?
My interpretation is that the animation concerned dynamic analysis..it is true?

Thank you a lot, and sorry fr my poor english!!

CAESAR II can't blow the pipe up. The "Animation Module" takes the largest displacement value and scales it up to something reasonable that you can see on the screen. All other values are scaled using the same factor.

Depending on the model, this scaling operation can introduce tolerance/precision/accuracy problems in the graphics engine - resulting in the appearance of the piping system breaking apart. This scaling mechanism has been improved in later vesions of CAESAR II.

Version 4.40 is rather old now - be careful with your results depending on what piping Code you're working to. The Codes have changed since 4.40 was released.
