Your header to this message board says that the current build for CAESAR II is different than the latest update on the downloads board. Where can I get the latest build?

There's a version change here.

CAESAR II Version 5.10 was released (and dated) on 17 September 2007.

The download page shows the Build for Version 5.0 as 070122.
The Forum page shows the current edition of CAESAR II as Version 5.10 with a Build of 070917.

If you have a current lease or Update/Support/Maintenance agreement with COADE, you should soon receive your new CAESAR II CD holding Version 5.10.
