For FEM you can read the book by Daryl Logan and for Structural analysis, you can read the book by Weaver.

Every Company has a Guidelines for Stress Analysis. You can also ask your Lead Engineer.

I am always wondering when i can join the caesar seminar. I want to have a guide or steps on studying this field. Everyone here think this field is to easy... As a prove to that they dont know about SIF.
By the way our company do only detailed engineering...

Did you ask your Eng'g Manager when he will send you to join seminar in Singapore? If he/your company don't care, then your company has no business doing pipe stress analysis. Get out quick & look for company that value trainings

Let's not always blame to our company for what they can’t provide, Instead of leaving the unaware, help them. Knowledge can be obtained in any form of approach anyway... I have my net and I can conduct my own research here.
I was as clueless as a moron as I enter here. But after reading those valuable discussions, I learn those things that I must learn (Conduct further studies). That message above is just pointing out clue for those who have an opportunity but lack information...
And I hope you understand what our culture negative trait is (Pilipino culture)…
