Your report appears to be too wide for the paper. Go back to Word and reduce the font - let me know if that resolves the issue.

Dear Mr.Richard Ay, Many thanks for your immediate reply, There is no change even after reduce the font, I have attached two attachment which are previous report generation in word and present report generaion in word along this post see the different and I want to the reports as like as previous one. You are using a different Element.inp file in 126 than in 125. The format shown in 126 is too many characters wide to fit on the page unless you use landscape mode. Element.inp is located in Caesar\System on your hard drive. There are other files there with different formats such as Element0.inp, Element1.inp, etc. Find the one with the format that you want and change its name to Element.inp (after backing up the present Element.inp with a different name). Then Caesar II will use the format in your new Element.inp for generating Input Echo from output.
