TANK Version 2.55 was released in October 2005. API-650 Addendum 4, while dated December 2005 (after Version 2.55 was released), was not actually shipped to anyone until May of 2006.

So therefore, TANK 2.55 does not support Addendum 4. This Addendum will be addresed in TANK Version 3.00. There is no definite release date for this version at the current time. Work is progressing on for both Appendix E and Appendix V.

Rich, API 650 11th Edition is now out....Clients are paying annual Maintenance and would expect the software to be updated regularly as new codes/addenda are issued. It has been a while since 2.55 was released. I think we need a more definite software development agenda for TANK.

Agreed. However, when you get your code 6 months after the publication date, and there are so many changes it is almost a new Code, and then when the Code is full of mistakes - things take time.
