I am Engineer,I try to open CAESAR II,but the display show like following instractions, I removed CAESAR II and Installed CAESAR II again,but problem continue still.....
What I have to do further? to make my pc in CAESAR II working condition.

CAESAR II Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Please tell Microsoft about this Problem.

Infact this is technical problem of CAESAR II so I expect the answer from CAESAR II executive.

I presume this is happening when you attempt to get into the Piping Input Module? Try these options and see if they help:

1) Right-click on your Windows Desktop and select Properties->Settings->Advanced->Troubleshoot and turn the Hardware Acceleration to NONE and apply this new setting.

2) Within CAESAR II. Select Tools->Configure/Setup->3D Viewer Settings and change the Video Driver to Windows Basic Video and then Exit w/Save.
