why do we input 0 mm gap on guides and stoppers on CAESAR even if there is an ACTUAL gap of 3 mm on its fabrication? i need your help please.

Dear,

You have written - 'we do',then who else will answer ? What you put as assumption in Caesar-II simulation, you are expected to put in reality.

To me when we give a 0 mm gap in Caesar then we give it an extreme condition, but in actual there is 3.00mm gap practically on site. and if there is any requirement then we can give more gap and 've to mention it on Drawings.

You should not attempt to model "construction tolerances", as this can lead to convergence problems. Gaps smaller than 1/8" (3.17mm) likely can't be (reliably) built, so just leave the "gap field" empty.
