In a flange analysis with Sprial wound metal gasket without asbestos, I have considered Leak pressure ratio(m) as 3.0 and seating stress(y) as 10,000 psi but in ASME sec VIII App 2 and per CAESAR II database this value stand for Sprial wound metal gasket with asbestos.

Can anybody please tell me the m & y values for Sprial wound metal gasket without asbestos?
