Can You help me whith the next question referent to expansion loops.?

To calculate, the leg length of a Z-shaped expansion compensator, can I use the same equation that for U-shaped expansion loops?
When I use this equation, I am considering that the offset in Z-shape is twice the offset in U-shaped.
Is it correct?
If this is incorrect, what equations do I use to calculate leg length of a Z-shaped expansion compensator
