Hi, all
I have to clarify with you, If i have a building and piping model, for piping part i analysed with CAESAR, for building some other software, i need to apply the pipe forces and moments to the building, since the piping is attached to the building, then how can i apply the forces after completing the CAESAR solution. I got the Element forces(nodal),but the sum of particular force at some node is zero. What will be the solution?
Thank you

Regards
Velan

This is confusing. Surely you have modelled restraints where the piping is attached to the building ? That should give you the loads you need from the restraints list. Either you assume that the connections to the building are rigid, or with a defined stiffness, or you impose displacements from the building to the piping.

If you want to see the overall effects of the building and piping you might think about representing the building or part of it, using Caesar's structural processor, with piping attached. You will not get stresses in the structure, but you will see the force - deflection state of the combined system, and pipe stresses.

Cheers.
