Intergraph Purchase of Coade

Intergraph Purchase of Coade - 01/06/10 09:44 AM

Well well well. It seems Coade has sold their soul to the devil. At the Users Conferences, everyone I've spoken with left Intergraph based piping and plant design programs for coade because cadworx was much easier to use. Now we find out coade has been purchased. I guess it's time I start shopping around for a NON-INTERGRAPH OWNED software to purchase again.

Hello WadeSpruill

We have given the best support in the past. We have endeavoured to include features sent in by users. Our technical support is unsurpassed. We have given you of our very best including fielding questions that are not directly related to the functionality of our software, such a basic engineering and code questions.

There is no reason to suppose that things will change in the future. It is far too early to think that anything is going to change.

hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

An employee of Coade prompted me to check with Intergraph about the CAD giant's largest ever acquisition. Coade has two lines of software that got Intergraph interested: (a) P&ID and plant software that runs on AutoCAD, and (b) standalone analysis software for piping systems, tanks and vessels, and so on.
