The weights used by TANK to compute MDL and MDLR seems to be at variance with API 650 definition.
As per API 650
MDL is the moment about the shell-to-bottom joint from the nominal weight of the shell
MDLR is the moment about the shell-to-bottom joint from the nominal weight of the roof plate plus any attached structural
TANK uses the following weights as evidenced in the equations printed and substitutions
Moment about shell-to-bottom joint [MDL]:
= ( Shell Weight + Attachement Weight + Framing Weight * % )D/2
Moment about shell-to-bottom joint [MDLR]:
= ( Roof Weight )D/2
Kindly clarify if there are other considerations in the above.
