Direction cosines for nozzle on HEAD (WRC 107)

Hello,

Please let me know what direction cosines should be selcted for WRC analysis of nozzle on Head using CEASER analysis file. Selecting 1 for both nozzle & Vessel Y co-ordinate gives geometric error.

Please revert.

For nozzle on head select X-axis for the vessel and for the nozzle select Y-axis.

For vessel (shell or head) the direction is from point B -> A (as per WRC 107 convention). See the attached illustration.

For WRC 107 the vessel-nozzle should be perpendicular.
