PVElite 2007 login error

Hi,here is the problem. My company is using the network lisence of PV Elite2007. And after successfully installing the software, first run thhis program, then it will propmt an error message "HASPHL Key not found or Number of licenses exceeded for the Network ESL". Our company have two domains, and this software is installed on one domain file server, and some clients are in the same domain, somes are in another. And Those in the same domain clients can work well, but those in different domain will get above error message. So need your help on this case. Thanks in advance.

Hi Tommyshen

From what you say, you have the 2007 version of PV Elite. I take that version runs successfully. When you say you successfully installed the software, we are not too clear to which software you are referring. Did you perhaps download the 2010 version of PV Elite from our website? If that is the case, the 2010 version will not run. Perhaps you could send me you ESL number. Please send an email to me at techsupport@coade.com stating the name of your company, and the ESL number.
