"Nozzle Outside Projection"

For PVelite, please confirm that

- for LWNs the nozzle outside projection is the total length of the LWN
- for non-LWNs the nozzle outside projection is the nozzle neck length (i.e without the flange)

Basically what we are after is the straight length from the shell surface to the flange, but not including the flange. This length is used to compute the weight of the assembly and is used as dimension "L" when determining the required thickness of the nozzle neck for external pressure.
