Tail lug calculations - 10/06/06 12:50 AM

Hi to all.
I have a problem with calculations for a column. In the output data the loads for tailing lug (T load) is 0. I completed "rigging data" from "Instalation/Misc option" like is wrote in help files, but Tload is 0 too. Finally I made this calcs with "Code calc" and in the output I replaced this datas.
Is any mistake from part of me? I did not complete any conditioning?
Thank you in advance

Adrian,

This was an issue that was resolved earlier in the year. Download and install the latest PV Elite build and once you re-run the job, the tailing lug load should no longer be zero.

Dear Scott,

I downloaded the new update but looks like is a problem with pv061006.exe. I tried more times and the message was "This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package."
Please let me know if can verify this update.

Hi Adrian,

We are still testing the new October build. It seems to work fine here when updating from the May build. You may have to download and install that one first.

I will e-mail you the link for the old build in the meantime which will solve your problem.
