Enigma of MDMT

Hello Friends

I need your help to resolve the problem related to MDMT issues when using PVElite.

I am designing a vessel using SA-203 Grade D material and in material property dialogue, I specify "Impact tested material". But afterwards when I run the calculations, Vessel design summary shows a red coloured comment that

"Warning: Computed overall MDMT was higher than the required value !"

Is there something wrong? Red colour makes me nervous.

Without seeing your file, is difficult to determine the cause of the problem. It could be a number of issues. Perhaps you could send the .PVI file of your model to me. My email address is query@coade.com. Mark it for my attention.
