Weight Load at the top of one Lug = 1340. Kgf

Force on one Lug, Operating Condition [Flug]:
= ( W/Nlug + Mlug/( Rlug * Nlug/2 ) )
= ( 4020/3 + 448/( 925.00 * 3/2 ))
= 1663.04 Kgf

Weights:
Fabricated - Bare W/O Removable Internals = 751.1 kg.
Shop Test - Fabricated + Water ( Full ) = 2811.8 kg.
Shipping - Fab. + Rem. Intls.+ Shipping App. = 857.7 kg.
Erected - Fab. + Rem. Intls.+ Insul. (etc) = 1157.7 kg.
Empty - Fab. + Intls. + Details + Wghts. = 1157.7 kg.
Operating - Empty + Operating Liquid (No CA) = 3439.3 kg.
Field Test - Empty Weight + Water (Full) = 2918.4 kg.

Dears,

I do not understand from where the value of “W” & “Rlug” is taken?
Total operating weight is 3439.3 kg & Rlug means radius of bolt circle diameter which shall be 925 mm in my case. Vessel inside diameter is 1350 mm & THK is 4 mm.

Please let us know how PVElite calculates value of “W” & “Rlug”?
