Load structure into plant

Hello everybody. I have problem with load structure into plant2018. I ve done everything what was inside structure manual (add to tools, add rows into acad.rx, but i still receive message about structure menu is loaded but program is not loaded. Could you help me pls with this. I attach screenshot of message appers when i start plant.

We put the arx files in this order within the ACAD.RX:
VueExporter.arx
CADWorxEquipment.arx
CADWorxStructure.arx
CADWorxPlant.arx
sls.arx

After that be sure you have the following additional paths in your profile:
Support file search paths:
C:\cadworx 2018\equipment\support
C:\cadworx structure 2018\structure\support
C:\cadworx structure 2018\structure\blocks
C:\cadworx structure 2018\structure\borders

TRUSTED LOCATIONS path:
C:\CADWorx 2018\Equipment\Support
C:\CADWorx 2018\P&ID\Support
C:\CADWorx Structure 2018\Structure\Support

I recall you had a previous thread on this issue ? When you launch just Stucture, does it launch on the same AutoCAD Version / Vertical as Plant ?

I once had a similar issue with Equipment not loading into my Autocad session only to discover I had at one time run the SetupProfile exe and Equipment was still set to launch on BricsCAD.

My best guess is something similar is happening on your end, possibly Plant on 2018 Autocad / Structure on 2017.
