Flip Direction on Custom Support

I have built a bracket type support using steel shapes. See attached pics. I am only able to place it with the vertical part of the bracket on one side of the pipe. I can find no way to get the vertical part of the bracket on the other side of the pipe. Even if I right-click during placement and choose "Flip Direction" it has no effect. Has anyone been able to do this?

How have you created this support? Support modeller?

Yes, I created the instance in a pipe support library using Spec Editor, then added/manipulated the steel shapes with Support Modeler.

I logged with Hexagon and discovered the Flip Direction functionality is fixed in CADWorx 2020 (We are using 2019).

Or create another with opposite orientation.
