unable to obtain license

Anyone else having issues getting a smart license today?
I've been receiving messages for the last 90 mins saying unable to obtain license from keystore. Status shows unable to connect to keystore or cloud data. Config server and software delivery is iffy and goes up and down as well.
Got our IT guy working on it, but I am trying to understand if it us or the server with issues.

Matt, are you still having issues with your licensing or contacted tech support at Hexagon?

I was able to check out a license for a length of time. Not sure if the IT guy opened a ticket or not.
