cadworx model to access database

We are running CADWORX 2019 which is not connected to the pipe database due to performance issues when it is. We run an update to database every night but have to so this manually using the dbfgen command. Is there any quicker or more efficient way to get information from a CADWorx model to the pipe database.

The only other method is the Live DB which you don't seem to want to use. Are the issues related to syncing? There are some options in the config file that you can set.
