BricCAD tool tips display

Hello,
I am using BricsCAD 19 with CW 19 and am having delay issues with my system whenever I move my mouse over a component and it try's to bring up "Tool Tips" it hesitates for a moment and is causing allot of frustration. I turned the tool tips off and the problem goes away. Does anyone have any ideas on this.

Do you have the latest CW2019 SP? I believe the SP fixed this issue.

I do not, but that is good to know. I will see if I can get it installed.
