Menu and Ribbons not coming in with Cadworx 2019

We have had issues with the ribbons and menu's not coming back since we moved to 2019. Have uninstalled / reinstalled, changed autocad back to default, run cadworx setup, etc. when you open CW again i have to go through CUI then pick what i want loaded and DONE and OK every time you open it. Multiply this by 50 people and there is agravation. Hexagon does not seem to have a fix for the LOADMENUPLANT that does not work since 2018. Does anyone have a fix for this?

How are you managing the workspaces?

By managing what are you meaning? I leave the profile set as Cadworx Plant 2019 and my workspaces are set per client. I did start with the original Drafting & Annotations from original and saved as.

Change the dictionary file in CFG to English with keywords, then back to English.

Thanks Vanman, I've done that but it's just as fast to go the CUI route and make sure that other menus are loaded at the same time. Either way, it does not stay for the next time you open a session of Cadworx. Not sure why Hexagon can not get the LOADMENUPLANT to work in 2019 like it did in all the other releases before that. I have a webex with Hexagon early next week. I was hoping someone out there had a real fix to this.

What are you using as Main? Local ACAD.cuix, per-user custom, something else?

Are the AutoCAD settings set to automatically save workspace settings?

Yes, we are using the local acad.cuix, and we have it set to save workspace settings. Afterward, we set the icon to pull from that profile and a specific workspace. Even doing this the workspace does not hold.

I recommend using manual saves for the workspace. When done automatically it has a habit of wiping out what was previously set; for example, I've had it remove all of the UI elements from a partial CUIx when it couldn't find it to load.

If your users are only using a single workspace, the startup argument is somewhat redundant. AutoCAD will attempt to use the last active workspace at startup, even if it's not available for the current profile (which might be related).
