Cadworx 2018 model not working on Autocad navisworks 2019???

ive installed 2018 and 2019 cadworx Object enablers. my 2018 cadworx models are still not rendering properly in navisworks 2019. anyone else having this issue?

What DWG version are the files being saved as?

models were originally made in 2018. weve since opened them up in 2019 cadworx and saved the modifications. they are all being saved as 2018 files. they appear fine in 2018 navis but 2019 or 2020 is no bueno

I don't think there are OE's available for 2020. Have you installed the latest OE's from Smart Support ? I recall there were new ones released about a week or so ago.
