Cadworx/Acad desktop dual monitor locking?

this may be more of a autocad question but does anyone know how to keep my autocad desktop locked and stretched across 2 monitors? everytime i restart cadworx palette's disappear and the work screen stretches back to one monitor every day i have to readjust my background, toolbars, and palettes. resaving my workspace and locking "all" does nothing.

Workspaces only control the layout of AutoCAD UI elements like toolbars and palettes. It doesn't control third-party palettes or the application window bounds.
