Instruments on 3D model

Hi. Is there any way to do something like the picture below but in an automatic way?
In this case, I have to write the instrument TAG manualy "XV ...", but I want to fill the text circle with the TAG assigned to component.

BUBBLEWorx can handle that

screen shot is not showing up here but are you tagging the instruments in plan/sections or on Iso's exported out?

First I insert the instrument tag on the 3D cadworx model, and then I want that information appears on:
- Iso's exported
- 2D layouts (plant/sections...)
- 3D model DWF, for example


On Iso's exported there isn't problem (it is automatic), and on 2D layouts I can create an automatic "bubble" that associate the tag introduced in cadworx model 3D. I just have problem introducind this automatic information on 3D model

Ah i see, like Matt said i think Bubbleworx could handle that but i wouldnt know if it uses isogen supplemental bubbles that would drop in ISOGEN
